1. Overview & Acceptance
By accessing or using the Cluei mobile app (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

2. Scope & Definitions
- “Cluei”, “we”, “us” means Cluei Pty Ltd and affiliates.
- “Service” means the Cluei mobile application and related in-app features.
- “you” means the individual using the Service.
3. Service Description
Cluei provides tools to discover, save, and track scholarships offered in Australia. We aggregate information from public and partner sources to help you stay organised.
- Cluei does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any scholarship information.
- We do not award scholarships or influence scholarship provider decisions.
- You are responsible for verifying scholarship eligibility and application deadlines with the provider.
- Unless expressly stated, Cluei is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any university, scholarship provider, or institution. Names and logos are used for identification only.
4. Eligibility and Age Requirement
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the app.
- By using Cluei you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the minimum age requirement.
5. Accounts and Security
- You must keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use or suspected breach of security.
- We may suspend access to protect users, the service, or investigate suspected misuse.
6. User Obligations
- Provide accurate and current information when registering and updating your profile.
- Use Cluei only for lawful purposes and avoid actions that disrupt or harm other users or the service.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse the app or its data.
- Respect intellectual property rights and refrain from unauthorised redistribution of Cluei content.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service surfaces information from, or links to, third-party sites and services (for example, scholarship providers, universities, or official government sites).
- Third parties are responsible for their own content, terms, privacy policies, and their use of cookies and similar tracking technologies, as well as availability.
- We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or external sites/services.
- Your use of third-party sites or services is at your own discretion and subject to their terms and privacy policies.
8. Intellectual Property
- All app content, design elements, and code are owned by Cluei or its licensors.
- Third-party trademarks or content remain the property of their respective owners.
9. User Content & Feedback
- You retain rights to any content you submit but grant Cluei a limited licence to host, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service.
- If you provide ideas, suggestions, or other feedback, you grant Cluei a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use and exploit that feedback without obligation to you.

Cluei is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

Information in the Service is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You should verify scholarship eligibility, deadlines, and other requirements with the provider.

We may include affiliate links that could result in referral fees or commissions. These do not influence our editorial decisions, eligibility information, or how scholarships are presented.

Using Cluei does not guarantee eligibility, shortlist selection, or awards. Using the app does not increase your chances of receiving any scholarship.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cluei is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not liable for scholarship outcomes, missed opportunities, or losses arising from reliance on app information.
- Total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to use Cluei (currently $0).
12. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time within the app.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or applicable laws.
- We may remove content that we believe breaches policy or legal requirements.
- We may suspend or remove content, listings, or accounts that we believe mislead users, violate these Terms, or harm the Service.
13. Complaints & Disputes
If you have a complaint or dispute about the Service, please contact us first via the details in the Contact section. We will work with you to resolve it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by the law in force in Queensland, Australia. Any legal actions related to these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Queensland, Australia. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
15. General Provisions
- Assignment: We may assign or transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver: A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labour disputes, or internet failures.
- Electronic Communications and Notifications: You consent to receive communications from us electronically (including in‑app notices and email). If you opt in, we may send you push notifications about your account, features, or alerts. You can manage or disable push notifications in your device or app settings at any time.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted in the app. We will notify you of material changes where required by law.
